Yet another possibility is they have an opposition, a team of enlightened or en-knowledged beings who have been opposing their control since it started - a battle for Man across time, hidden in the lost annals of our race as (perhaps) the Seven Rishi, or the Seven Lords of Light fought against the powers of Darkness, handicapped by their desire to allow us to develop our path to Light by choice.
But there is another thought… If our reality truly depends on what we perceive, then maybe they need us to be despondent, to see the negative of life, to lose hope and foresee only an ever deepening loss of freedom and advance, where our world is so circumscribed we can hope only to be good servants of the poor overlords trying their best to keep us all alive. Then, they get the world they want, possibly forever.
And if 2012 is really a crux, truly a time of growing energy as we pass from Kali Yuga into a more enlightened Age, maybe if they can make us hopeless, the energy will not be used to bring a new age of enlightenment but instead to confirm into the darkness, our lives, our hopes and our futures and leave them as absolute rulers of an endarkened people, with the Darkness being powered by the very Light that was meant to bring us out of the mire.
This possibility is rather nasty to think upon – we should all make a determined effort to find ways to be positive in our lives, to see good things, to find hope for ourselves and others, if for no other reason than to ensure this doesn’t come to pass. Just the possibility of this being in our future should be a goad sufficient for us to stop playing the doom and gloom game and to work at bringing a little glow of positive feeling into our lives
And we will be surprised at how such a glow can infect those around us.
Be a little bud-light in your own life.

If the Puppet Masters have us so bound up, why do we even have the semblance of freedom we currently see? From that dominance, why have they not enslaved us already? Why are the reins so lightly held as to be almost invisible to anyone not looking closely? If they have the world’s money, the power centres and military in their hands, why do they not pull on the bit and get us under control?
One possibility is they are too few - this fits with the alien or secret race point of view

- they breed slow these Annunaki and there are still so few of the true blood they know they cannot yet win against a raised population of angry humanity. Such a path would seem to require a perfection of the plot, or surely we would know about it. But then again, how many times through history have people stepped forward with tales of strangeness and been laughed into silence as the BEST thing that happened to them?
Or it may be they have a plan for us to enslave ourselves – the best prison is one where the inmates police themselves and prevent each other from escaping. How many times have we seen people with a different view, a new way of looking at things, pulled back to the herd, or locked away where they cannot infect others with their ‘crazy ideas’?
Another is that they are waiting for the perfection of the controls over us, the chip implants, the energy mind controls and the robotic military they would need. This would seem, to me, to mean they had to be able to predict the advent of all these things, because the potential to control us via money and power seems to have been around a LONG time.

So on this level, I imagine they (the hidden puppet masters behind the stupid public figures) are quite confident they can tell us anything and enough people will believe it that they can get away with whatever they wish.
Another possibility goes deeper. The Fall of Man may be seen as when the spiritual being that we are made a choice that enmeshed us into the world of solid. I wonder sometimes if the ‘Tree’ from which Adam and Eve were not meant to eat was not any specific tree, but that they were not meant to partake of solid food. Perhaps the Breath of Life was sufficient to energise us 7 we lived as energetic beings, aware of the matter in which we experienced, but still aware of our spirituality.
Then, like Persephone, we ate of the world, and suddenly we became more dependent on using the energy of matter to run our bodies. We experienced, and liked, the fruit of the flesh.
Now when I look at what we are finding out of real history, I can easily see it as a battle between those who would have Man grow towards the Spirit once more, and those who see profit in having us trapped into the flesh, manipulable and able to be used as servant or slaves. I see over and again, humans reaching for greatness, then like a wave of darkness, the original impulse to light gets submerged in greed and corruption, in power seeking and venality.
Now, we have the advent of possibility in 2012, at the Winter Solstice. It may be that this is a mere distraction for us, planned and implemented by the forces of the Dark to keep us looking to the future while they steal our present. But opposed to this is the fact that, if these forces exist, they have achieved a dominant position some time ago - how far depends on which variety of Conspiracy one can see.

How can they do such things? How is it, in the (ex) land of the Free, the government can so plainly act in such totalitarian fashion? When did you and I allow our rights and freedoms to vanish so that people, who are self-evidently NOT acting in our interests, or even in a moral fashion, can reach into our lives and take them over. Why do they think they can get away with this?
I think they are becoming confident, although I am not sure I know the right reasons.
On one level, they have been running more than a century of the vastly mis-named ‘Education’ program on us all. We are taught to ‘not think’ and to compete for approval of Authority and to conform to the norm of those around us and to pull down to the common herd all those who might strive to stand above or beyond the crowd. They have a programming tool that captures almost all the public in a snare of symbols and triggers disguised as Entertainment. They are so scared that Entertainment might fail them, they keep upping the ante of shock, to the point where even minor accidents are hyped as ‘horrific’ or ‘Deadly’ and the slightest international altercation is built into a world-threatening disaster for the modern world.
So effective is their game that they can ignore situations that moral people would normally take deep umbrage at and demand action - children starve around the world while the average citizen worries about whether s/he can afford this year’s version of a t-shirt. We eagerly go into debt to buy the latest model of a car that is designed to break down and be obsolete shortly before we have it paid off.

When we look around, the world seems further than ever from the kind of world envisaged by those who read the message of the Christ. Whether or not we accept the religion of the Church, or even profess to a Christian life, the words of the Christ and other avatars or messiahs lead to thoughts of a better world. The possibility of a world where Mankind loves without rancor, where we can trust one another and where we might all work towards a more enlightened life for all is enough to make most people fall silent as they have a brief moment of wishing.
Then we open our eyes and see a world where our leaders are greedy and venal, where lying is rewarded and the media tell us how most of us will crucify our fellow man for the slightest of advantages. We throw away food and resources while just over ‘there’ children die from need and illness we conquered a century ago rips families apart with death and horror.
And our leaders tell us obvious untruths, fabricate stories to get us to react a particular way and ignore our needs as they play their power games. Financial institutions make exhorbitant profits and then tell us how urgently they have to increase their fees – AFTER our governments legislated to make us use the electronic banking system instead of cash. We get charged to put our money in, to leave it there, to move it, to pay bills or to withdraw it.
These people make laws for us and break them almost before they are ratified – the latest such example I have seen can be found in the US site where people can supposedly trade in their old cars for money.

A problem with thinking about the origin of it all, the Creation, is What created the creation? Thinking about it can get one really twisted up inside as we try to wrestle with concepts that may not only be unknown, but may actually be unknowable within this Reality. I don’t know if the Origin CAN be known until we know just what the Creation is. Until we know that we can’t really know what is outside the Creation, so it becomes a Known Unknown.
What we know is all tied up with being inside this reality – on occasion it seems as if we get glimpses of what may lie outside the boundaries which seem so complete, such as in moments of enlightenment when we glimpse connectedness and majesty in a moment that usually changes our life. Edgar Cayce may have been glimpsing outside the boundaries with his trance knowledge – the location of the Akashic knowledge may be ingrained in the fabric of reality or it may be the ‘sub-conscious’ content of Consciousness or it might be something outside of our possible experiential world altogether.
So, if we are Created, who or what created us? We can chase the question down into madness if we wish – once we decide who created us we have to ask, who created them, and so on…
If the Universe began as a Big Bang (and remember this is an hypothesis only, supported by some evidence which could also point at other conclusions, (like the background cosmic radiation) and propped up by such fancies as Dark Matter, Dark Energy and Inflation, all of which are very strange concepts in our Universe) then we are required to ask just what existed before the Big Bang. Again this marches down the regression path.

On the subject of souls, I think perhaps if we can move away from the religious connotations we find evidence of something other than bodies for both Human AND other life. The Hundredth Monkey effect was not, after all, about humans. Watch a school of fish all turn simultaneously - there is no water effect that can cause it; any such would cause more of a ripple effect to pass through the school, just like you see them do when they react to danger. But at more peaceful times, the school acts as one.
I think Life is Beingness, perhaps a Field effect but maybe something less substantial. It would explain so many things if what makes a living thing is based in something which inhabits a body, from how a person with virtually no physical brain can complete college through to how certain psi effects can operate in our lives. It would explain the effects of prayer or positive medication as well as the effects seen in transplant recipients.
I think there is enough evidence gathering to show that a human is a body, run by a brain, but overseen by a Mind run by a Being. We are finding alternate systems in the body that make the nerves seem simple and slow, and a case can be made that cells are actually a part of a sophisticated computational network that has data paths, input and output to every component and both processing and memory capabilities - all outside the brain and nervous system.
So I think people like Rupert Sheldrake and the earlier work of Bruce Lipton is pointing us in the direction of something other than the mere physical as being the sense of individuality we experience. And think about it like the Matrix - Neo is an electronic ‘body’ living in a world also created from electronics. To him it is as real as we think ours is, but in reality, he is a presence inserted into a reality not his.

What it seems to point at is that the only constant seems to be Consciousness, and that reality is a construct of Consciousness - if that is so, then it would seem eminently feasible for there to be more than one truth while we exist at the lower levels. Even if, at the connection level where all Consciousness is One, there is only Truth, we are not at that level and so can only see what is true for us.
And those truths seem to vary according to a variety of factors. Our experience seems to alter what we can see, as does our level of awareness. Pre-defined beliefs also appear to affect what we think of as reality. So in any random selection of (say) 100 people, the chances seem good that there will be at least 100 truths.
And saying there is an over-arching Truth begs the question of who it is who defines or holds that truth. Given the distinctly imaginary feel to our Reality, we cannot use the ability to find corroborating evidence within the plenum as a criteria for Truth - it might just be programmed in that way. We can’t use personal feeling for a general truth - too many have done that and killed thousands or millions. And we can’t use agreed upon values as truth - there seems no universal law that says 12 men agreeing have to be righter than one man deciding. (the democracy myth)
So I don’t know if Truth is important for us to know. But I think that, like happiness, it is very important for us to seek it.

My thoughts on this are a bit complex to put down, but I’ll try.
Truth is not, I think, black and white. Everything around us shows complexities and subtleties way more complex than the Aristotelian good/bad dichotomy. Human relationships have always failed and been manipulated when we fail to recognise the shades of grey between black and white. That’s why, when power mongers decide on war, they start to polarise their subjects, using propaganda and an emphasis on the negative side of those with whom they wish to go to war. If they can demonise the enemy and bring goodness in on their own side, it makes it MUCH easier to convince the people that going off to kill those folk over there is a good thing.
Groups are also not necessarily a good thing - they usually require people to compromise their truth to fit in with the commonly agreed truth of the group. So when the group comes to a point where the particular individual would normally stop and say, ‘this is not my way’ they are under pressure to go along. This group behaviour is considered a good thing, but I would imagine the soldiers at Nuremburg wished they had reconsidered their obedience to the group rule.
Truth in a plain 3D world may be as you see it, but is it true we are in a plain 3D world? The math and physics of cosmology would suggest there are more dimensions than 3. String theory needs 11 and some versions talk of 26. Black holes require, according to Stephen Hawking, other universes to exist for the theory to work. Quantum theory seems to say that if Consciousness were not present, there would be no Universe, that Awareness collapses the probability matrix into a Reality in which we then exist.
And more strangely still, the evidence is building that our Reality isn’t really here at all.

Another issue is the amount of astronomy encoded into story, myth and scripture. When you first learn of it, it can be easy to think, coincidence, but after a while, when you’ve seen it over and over, it becomes exceedingly difficult not to accept it all as being planned into the texts. Precessional numbers and stories are also there in an amazing amount. Somebody encoded that stuff, and to do it they had to have a level of knowledge at least equal to ours.
If they could vanish, if their works could be wiped from all knowledge across the vast span of time, then surely we owe it to them to work at the remnants they left, to honour the amazing amount of effort they put into ensuring their far off descendants would have at least some warning of what may be coming our way.
Whether or not that is to do with 2012AD, I don’t know, but if Ice Ages come approximately every 100,000 years, if we are exactly halfway through a Precessional cycle right now (Orion is approaching its highest point of meridian crossing now) and if we suddenly have a Sun doing inexplicable things while it also seems the solar system itself is undergoing some strange effects, then perhaps it is past time we stopped effing around and started paying attention. We could profitably leave behind the misconception that we are the highest ever achieving society and look to the past so we are not doomed to repeat it.
If we can forget our indoctrination, leave aside those who muddy the waters using a variety of techniques, and just look with open eyes at the world we see around us, it becomes apparent there is something off about our orthodox history. There are too many things for which we have no reasonable explanations, but worse, it becomes apparent that someone is driving the moves to keep such things in the realm of the ridiculous so most people will not believe it.

So, if we don’t take a group of immortals seriously, that leaves a couple of secret groups, running an agenda across the ages, following a plan laid down in a time when, according to the fables we are being taught, high technology was a slightly sharper rock on a stick.
And keep in mind, if Glen Milne’s Inundation maps are correct - and he used stock standard geology and mapping to create them, nothing fancy - then that date is just before the last major deluge/flood event and after a couple of other bigger ones that destroyed something like 25,000,000 square miles of coastal, arable land. Given how much of our society lives near the coast or on coastal plains or within 200 feet altitude of sea level, what would such a catastrophe do to us today?
So it seems feasible that a group was created, or perhaps a then-current one went secretive, who were charged with maintain the knowledge, with keeping civilisation alive, and with continuing a plan designed to come to fruition in latter times. And many of the early civilisations not only have Flood myths and a wise man or men coming from the sea, they also have a group of seven sages who helped them along over extended periods. Such were the Shemsu Hor in Egypt’s pre-pharonic times, or the Seven Rishi of the post Vedic times.
It is possible to look back at history, even the abridged version we know about, and see an ongoing battle for direction between two groups, one which apparently believes in humans growing, becoming more than they were, and the other which believes we need to be controlled, manipulated and kept under tight rule.

Another one to read is Ralph Ellis. Ellis has looked into the history of the Hebrews, of Jesus and the origin of the Judaic religions. What he finds is fascinating. Check out Ralph Ellis’ website
Egypt has no records of having a large number of slaves, nor yet of losing a number of them in at least the hundreds of thousands, so one has to wonder why the biblical story of Moses and the Hebrews escaping the Pharaoh has so little historic documentation. A slave race able to conjure up all those plagues by calling on their God would, you would think, have a profound effect on the slave owners. It doesn’t get a mention.
Another thing not found is any mention of a Pharaoh and a large part of the army going missing. Nor is there any signs of a large number of people wandering around in the desert on the other side of the Red Sea for 40 years. You’d think the water, food scraps and piles of shit would have dessicated and remained to show some sign of their passing.
And there’s more - Abraham is supposed to be a simple hill shepherd patriarch, yet somehow he musters an army when it is needed. The Ark the Hebrews had, the design of the temples, the One God emphasis, even many of their rules and traditions, all have roots in Egypt - rather strange when you consider they are supposed to have kept their culture even while slaves. Look at the Jewish faithful today - still hold true to their traditions even after centuries in other places.
The Old Testaments smells strongly of a borrowed history, complete with change of names to show a glorious past for a group who had once held the prime responsibility for the Necropolis, kicked out when the Priests of the pan-theistic Egypt reasserted their dominance over the upstart One-God crew.
Interestingly Jesus gets tied into the Pharonic lineage, and there are other stories of his travel to India and Tibet, along with tales of whom he might claim as family.

So what is coming in 2012AD? Should we be scared, will the Earth end or the forces of good and evil engage in the Armageddon of the biblical stories? Or will it be a time of resurrection of Jesus, a growth in cosmic harmony, or an energetic increase allowing greater awareness to all mankind?
There’s been any number of prophecies of doom or end of the world over the years. The Christians have apparently been awaiting it, and predicting every hiccup in society as being the harbinger of the Christ’s return, for most of 2000 years. Almost every culture has some story of how the world will end, or when, from the Tibetans nine billion names of God to the Hopi returning through a siapu into their next world.
But from the Mayans, all we have is the calendar. To be sure we think we know considerably more of them now than we did fifty years ago, but still all that we have is a date back around 3113BCE plus the 5125 years of a baktun, which brings us to 2012AD. At that point, the calendar ends. At that point, the Age ends.
Almost eerily, but nowhere near as exactly, it is also the time of the changing of the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. It is also close to half the Great year of the Egyptians, when the constellation of Orion reaches the highest point of culmination (where it crosses the North-South meridian) in its Precessional trek up and down the sky.
So we are left wondering about what is coming. Some people are talking a vast surge of fourth dimensional energy to transform the world. According to them some will be ready and will move to the next phase of existence – I’ve never been quite able to work out what these prognosticators think is going to happen to those unable to make the transition. Strangely, all those making this kind of prediction are on the transformative side of the line that determines who goes.
Others see it as a time when Aliens will make themselves known, transforming the world and altering forever our view of ourselves. Still others see it as a crux, a time when the final (?) battle between Good and Evil will rage, fulfilling the biblical prophecies of war and salvation as the Christ comes back to save the faithful.

Unconscious - this might be a definition problem. I think the concept of unconscious quite often is used as another way to say subconscious. What is described isn’t a thing of not-knowingness, but rather one of not-awareness.
I’ve posted here about spotlight and floodlight awareness - what is described as unconscious could easily be from the floodlight awareness - the ’spotlight’ Being doesn’t see it and isn’t aware of it but the ‘floodlight’ Being is active and working on the problem until s/he can present it to the spotlight being.
I’ve used this process for a lot of my life. When something comes for which I don’t have (but do need) an answer, I consciously work through it as far as I can. Then once I am satisfied I have thought of all the possibilities, worked out responses to all them, (and still don’t have a best solution) I consign the problem to the ‘back of my brain’ so to speak. I consciously determine to not think of it anymore and to rely on my background processing to find an answer - it usually does. Some time later, while doing something else entirely, I will suddenly have the answer pop out.
But this isn’t ‘unconscious’ but rather a subconscious process - while it isn’t at the focus of my attention, I am still spending mental resources on it - at times, when the problem has been particularly needful, I can almost feel the system whirring in the background as I go about my day.
For me, Un-Conscious would be more along the lines of (say) the reason I came to this life, or perhaps the bias I have towards certain modes of expressing my ethical nature. It is arguable that we pick these things up from childhood, but I am one who deliberately rejected my early life, who found I had to consciously decide my standards and morals by trial and error. And along the way I found there was a basic, a standard which determined which I would accept and which I would not - and I can’t see how it could come from my parents.

I’ve been trying to define how I see the universe, to get some understanding of how all the things I’ve talked about on Spirituality Guide come together. So here are some of my thoughts…
All matter and manifestation in our reality has a common source. That source can show up as matter, as energy or as motive (force) and the ‘As Above, So Below’ rule would imply that we can look around us and see analogies for things that are more basic than this reality in which we live.
Some people see parallels between the levels of human consciousness as described in the works they are studying and the levels of organisation out in the Universe. I don’t think they are saying, for example, that a Star actually IS (say) an Ascended Master, but sometimes it reads as if that is what they are trying to say. They might also be saying that (for example) an Archangel is a galaxy, but again I am unsure.
Where I query this is the ideas as presented in such views, if not actual analogy, would suggest that there is a confusion between Source and Creation - they seem, in my view, to be saying the Source (the Archangel) IS the Galaxy (or whatever is the equivalent level) To me, the Consciousness might be represented here as a form, but it isn’t actually the form. ie. we are represented by bodies, but we aren’t actually just the body.
So I guess what I am saying is, in my view there is nothing specific against the idea that stars (or larger accumulations of mass and energy) might have consciousness attached, but I think they’d be more like our bodies and us. I think I have found out enough to have come to a conclusion that we are more than just a physical mechanism, that the definition of human has to start at consciousness and would include the body as a vehicle. The car analogy works for me – the car is the body but what matters and what controls it is the driver inside.
