Do You Hear It?

by Bridget Wright

Have you ever wondered what you should be doing with your life? Perhaps you’ve wondered, where and what direction is my life headed in? These are questions that many people often ask themselves at some point in their lives. If you’ve done this, rest assured, you are normal.

Most often, we find ourselves wondering about the direction of our lives when we are perhaps bored, lonely or sad. This is the time when we must seek direction and guidance to avoid making hasty decisions or poor choices. We must learn to dig deep within ourselves and search for answers. God has given each of us that ability; the ability to search. He has equipped us with His spirit to help us find ourselves and to help us know ourselves. Seeking His direction in our lives is paramount to becoming satisfied with ourselves. It can be done.

So whether there is boredom or lonliness, there is no need to despair. God has equipped us and all that we must do is to tap into that by listening to that still small voice. He’s talking…..let’s listen.

I agree. I have learned that going deep, digging in with God, when at least these three roadblocks in life come along is key to getting passed them.

  2. O.T.Socas Says:

Whoever find God will not need to search for anything that cause suffering to us at the end, and God is inside every one, free, easy. You just have to be willing to experience it.
